E-Fix™  is designed to improve the surgical treatment of pediatric supracondylar humerus fracture when used with the E-Thotic intraoperative orthosis.

The E-Fix™  Fracture Reduction Device is designed specifically to treat supracondylar fractures. The E-Thotic™, a highly functional orthotic, is used in conjunction with the E-Fix™  to support the upper arm and forearm during the reduction procedure.

The E-Fix™ reduction device easily attaches to the side rails of an operating room surgical table and the procedure is performed externally with the patient in supine position. The E-Thotic™ orthosis attaches to the forearm and the upper arm and is then attached to the E-Fix™ reduction device. The E-Fix™ reduction device mechanism provides six degrees of freedom in three planes of motion to allow for precise alignment of the fracture. A specially designed pin guidance system allows for surgeon-controlled unobstructed pinning of the fractured bone fragment under direct and live x-ray fluoroscopy.
